An event management company in Singapore usually charges 10% to 20% of the total event budget for full-service planning, or a fixed fee for a smaller event. Twist Media and The Live Group both say full-service agencies typically charge 10% to 20% of the total event budget. Twist Media adds that smaller events may be priced as a fixed project fee (SGD 2,000 to 10,000+), and partial help by the hour (SGD 100 to 400) or day (SGD 800 to 3,000). The Executive Group says it quotes either a flat management fee or a per-guest budget.
Headcount, venue and production level all move the price. The Live Group puts a product launch at SGD 30,000 to 80,000 and a hotel dinner for 80 at SGD 12,000 to 25,000. Ask for a quote that shows the planner's fee separately from venue and supplier costs.
Ask the planner when you request a quote. Venues often have their own minimum spend, which is separate from the planner's fee.
Get Out! Events says its indicative figures may exclude GST and third-party costs. For the other figures, check with the company whether GST is included.
