What a company D&D costs in Singapore

This page adds up the parts of a company D&D that Singapore vendors put a price on: emcee, DJ, band, photo booth, photographer, video, venue hire, food and the event company's fee. Every figure is a price or range the vendor published itself, checked on 7 November 2026. No hotel ballroom package price is in our data, so venue hire covers park halls and one restaurant's private room.

1. Emcee, D&D package (hosting only)

1 emcee publishes a D&D-only price. Emcee Ram charges from S$2,600 for 4 hours and S$3,000 for 6 hours.^*1

2. Emcee, four-hour corporate package

3 emcees. Emcee Ivan Lim S$1,288 (4 hours plus a 1-hour rehearsal), JKLah S$2,000 for under 200 guests up to S$3,600 for over 1,000, Sylvia Tham S$3,800 non-peak and S$4,500 peak. These are general corporate packages and are not labelled D&D.^*2

3. Emcee with DJ

4 emcees. Emcee Ivan Lim S$1,588 (DJ plays on the venue's sound system), Emcee Jacks S$2,600 for a D&D with DJ (sound system excluded), Winston Wei S$3,000 for 4 hours with DJ and a pre-event briefing (speakers excluded), Wayne Chan from S$3,500 with DJ and a basic sound system.^*2

4. DJ or AV added to an emcee booking

3 emcees. Emcee Brian Lee lists a DJ at +S$400 and AV support at +S$200. Emcee Rayson goes from S$1,188 to S$1,488 with AV, and Emcee Ivan Lim from S$1,288 to S$1,588 with a DJ, so S$300 more in both cases.^*3

5. Live band

1 vendor. Band Masters Entertainment's FAQ gives this as the usual Singapore range, depending on band size, how long the band plays and whether sound equipment is included. The other 9 bands we list quote on request.^*4

6. Photo booth, 2-hour package

2 vendors. The Photo Booth says its packages start from S$500 to S$800. PhotoMeister Studios charges S$588 for its classic booth, from S$1,088 for an animated GIF booth and S$1,888 for its premium package, all with unlimited prints.^*5

9. Event photographer, 4 hours of coverage

Worked out from 4 published hourly rates: Zachary Lai and PhotoMeister at S$150 (4 x S$150 = S$600), Pan Pixels at S$160 (4 x S$160 = S$640), Our Momento at S$180 (4 x S$180 = S$720). Zachary Lai and Pan Pixels charge these rates for bookings of 4 hours and above.^*7

10. Event videographer, hourly rate

1 vendor. Our Momento charges S$200 an hour and delivers a 2 to 3 minute highlights video per hour of coverage. Other photographers who shoot video quote it on request.^*8

5 halls in 4 parks. HortPark Multi-Purpose Hall from S$790.25 off-peak (200 seated; peak is Friday to Sunday), Jurong Lake Gardens Mempat Hall S$981 off-peak or S$1,199 peak for 4 hours (200), Botanic Gardens Function Hall S$1,242.60 including GST (180 theatre), Fort Canning Centre Function Hall S$1,308 (150 seated), Botanic Gardens Burkill Hall S$2,289 (100 on Level 2).^*10

13. Restaurant private dining room, up to 20 guests

1 restaurant. Bedrock Bar & Grill lists S$1,000 (small room), S$1,500 (big room) and S$2,500 (full 20-seat room). Bedrock Origin on Sentosa lists S$600, S$1,000 and S$1,600. Its page does not say if these are minimum spends or room fees.^*11

14. Buffet catering

15 caterers. Entry buffets run from S$13.90 (Elsie's Kitchen, min 50) and S$13.99 (Deli Hub, min 80) to S$28 (Purple Sage, min 30). The top figure is CaterWow's 11-course buffet at S$56 (min 20).^*12

Low: Emcee Ivan Lim with DJ S$1,588 + live band S$1,500 + The Photo Booth S$500 for 2 hours + photographer S$600 for 4 hours (4 x S$150) = S$4,188. High: Wayne Chan with DJ and sound S$3,500 + live band S$8,000 + PhotoMeister premium booth S$1,888 + Our Momento S$720 for 4 hours (4 x S$180) = S$14,108. None of these fees is per head, so 100 guests cost the same as 80. Wayne Chan's price and the band's S$8,000+ are open-ended, so the high total can run higher. Venue, food and GST are extra.^*2

How much is an emcee for a D&D in Singapore?

Emcee Ram is the only emcee we found with a D&D-only price: from S$2,600 for 4 hours and S$3,000 for 6. With a DJ in the package, 4 emcees list S$1,588 to S$3,500. General four-hour corporate packages run from S$1,288 (Emcee Ivan Lim) to S$4,500 (Sylvia Tham on a peak date).

Do emcee prices include a DJ or sound system?

Only when the package says so. Emcee Ivan Lim's S$1,588 package has a DJ who plays on the venue's sound system. Emcee Jacks (S$2,600) and Winston Wei (S$3,000) include a DJ but not speakers. Wayne Chan's package from S$3,500 has a DJ and a basic sound system. Emcee Brian Lee charges +S$400 for a DJ and +S$200 for AV support.

How much is a live band for a D&D?

Band Masters Entertainment puts live band hire at S$1,500 to S$8,000+, depending on band size, how long they play and whether they bring sound equipment. The other 9 bands we list quote on request. GC Live Music, the only one that publishes its terms, takes a 30% deposit and the balance one day before the event.

What does a photo booth cost for a D&D?

Two hours is the standard package. The Photo Booth starts at S$500 to S$800, and PhotoMeister Studios charges S$588 for a classic booth with unlimited prints and S$1,888 for its premium booth. Extra hours cost S$200 to S$300 at The Photo Booth and S$250 at PhotoMeister (S$500 for a GIF booth).

How much is a photographer for a 4-hour D&D?

At published hourly rates, 4 hours comes to S$600 with Zachary Lai or PhotoMeister, S$640 with Pan Pixels and S$720 with Our Momento. For photos the next day, Zachary Lai charges S$100 for a 24-hour express edit and Pan Pixels S$280 for all photos edited within 24 hours.

What does an event company charge to run the D&D?

Twist Media and The Live Group both say full-service agencies usually charge 10% to 20% of the total budget. Get Out! Events gives an indicative D&D price from S$150 per person. The Live Group puts a hotel dinner for 80 with catering, AV and basic staging at S$12,000 to S$25,000.
