About The Shortlist
The Shortlist is a guide for people in Singapore who have to book the company D&D, the team building day or the training room, and want to know who's out there and what it costs.
Where the information comes from
Every vendor here is a Singapore business we've checked on its own website. We note what they publish: starting prices, group sizes, the events they run and the clients they name. If they don't publish it, it isn't here. Each price shows the date we checked it, and we recheck every guide at least once a month.
How the lists are ordered
Vendors that suit company events, and tell you more up front, sit higher. A team building company with prices and group sizes on its site will usually beat one that only has an enquiry form. The full rules, including what we never do, are on how we check and rank vendors.
Sponsored spots
Vendors can pay for a sponsored spot. It's always labelled, it sits outside the numbered list, and it doesn't change the order. Listings themselves are free.
Our data
We publish what we collect: the monthly Shortlist Price Index, reference tables such as halal status of corporate caterers and event venue capacities, and the Singapore AI Visibility Index. You can quote any of it with a link back. All of it is listed on the data page.
Who runs it
The Shortlist is edited by Karts C in Singapore. She chooses the vendors, checks the prices and writes the guides. Every correction is logged on the changelog.
