The 11 best corporate family day organisers in Singapore

These are corporate family day organisers in Singapore that run the usual set-up for staff and their families: carnival game stalls, inflatables, food carts, an emcee with stage games, and help finding a venue. We read each company's own website on 8 November 2026. Companies that publish the most (price per pax or per item, group size, what is included, how far ahead to book) and that show corporate work sit higher. Most figures are indicative, so treat them as a budget starting point and get a quote.

Common questions

How much does a corporate family day cost in Singapore?

For a fully run day, most published figures fall between S$40 and S$180 per pax, with premium days above that. PartyMojo's tiers are S$40 to S$70 (basic), S$80 to S$150 (standard) and S$150 to S$300+ (premium) per pax. Get Out! Events puts 200 to 500 guests at S$20,000 to S$40,000. Games-only formats cost less: FunEmpire starts at S$25 per pax and Cohesion at S$40 per person, with food and venue on top.

How far ahead should we book a family day?

For a large outdoor day, start three to six months out. Get Out! Events says a venue permit for a 500-pax park event needs 12 to 14 weeks, and peak season (November to January) needs 10 to 12 weeks. Carnival People suggests 6 to 12 weeks for large corporate events. For a smaller day, The Carnival Fair asks for 2 to 4 weeks, Aiyo Event 1 to 2 weeks and FunEmpire at least a week.

What does a family day package usually include?

PartyMojo's standard tier is a fair benchmark: venue, a buffet or catered meal, emcee, stage games, carnival booths, inflatables, children's entertainment, a photo booth, a basic sound system, crew and event management. Games-led companies such as FunEmpire include the activities, crew and setup, and quote venue and catering separately.

How much do carnival game stalls and food carts cost to rent?

Carnival People rents game stalls from S$120 per stall per day, minimum 3, with delivery and setup included. Aiyo Event charges S$85 to S$110 per game for 6 hours depending on how many you book, plus S$20 an hour for an attendant, and S$280 for a popcorn or candy floss booth for up to 2 hours with one server. Bouncy castles, rides and live food stations at Carnival People run S$300 to S$3,800 per unit. PartyMojo says a popcorn or candy floss station serves about 100 people an hour, and a cooked-food station 60 to 80.

Is the food at a family day halal?

Only two companies here say so on their own sites. PartyMojo says its carnival food stalls use halal-certified ingredients with no pork or lard. Aiyo Event says all its snack stations use halal ingredients. Neither states a MUIS certificate for the kitchen, so ask for it if you need one, and ask the others directly.

Is there a minimum headcount for a family day?

It depends on the format. FunEmpire takes groups from 5 people and Momentum Academy from 30. Get Out! Events' lowest budget tier starts at 50 guests. For rentals the minimums are per item: 3 stalls at Carnival People, and 10 people for Cohesion's BBQ add-on.
