These are seminar venues and training rooms in Singapore for groups of 16 to 125, with the rates each venue publishes, checked on 7 November 2026: university seminar rooms at SIT and SMU, a training room business, NUSS Kent Ridge Guild House's seminar package, NParks rooms and coworking meeting rooms. Below the room rates are the other costs of a half-day seminar or training for about 30 people: tea break and lunch, bentos, delivery and a moderator. SMU classrooms from S$85 an hour before GST (S$92.65 with GST) for 25 people, and seminar rooms for 45 to 100 at S$105 to S$250 before GST, with a 4-hour minimum. Some SMU rooms are only available on weekends or during term breaks. *1

Non-members pay a 10% service charge plus government taxes. Its package PDF is labelled 2025/2026 and states no minimum group size, so confirm the current rate.

Yes. Kryston sells seminar bento packages of 2 boxed meals for a half day (S$26 per person) or 3 for a full day (S$33), for at least 20 people, plus S$90 or S$135 delivery. Kryston, Bellygood, Deli Hub and CaterWow want orders at least 3 working days ahead.
At Spaces, yes: it takes 20% off a morning or afternoon session and 30% off a full day. Synergy Room only sells fixed slots. SMU has a 4-hour minimum, SIT a 2-hour minimum and then hourly, and the NParks rooms a 4-hour minimum.
For the NParks rooms, HortPark asks for bookings 2 months ahead and Fort Canning Park 1 month ahead.
