The 13 best coworking spaces in Singapore for small teams

These 13 coworking space operators in Singapore rent hot desks, dedicated desks and small private offices to startups and small companies, in CBD towers and in Ang Mo Kio, Bukit Merah and Paya Lebar. Most sell month-to-month plans, and several include a business address or meeting room credits in the monthly fee. When you compare, ask which contract length the advertised price assumes, because some rates are based on 12 or 24 months.

Common questions

How much does a coworking space cost in Singapore?

As of 8 Nov 2026, a monthly hot desk runs from S$128 at Storefriendly's Paya Lebar space, S$165 at Servcorp and S$208 at Regus, to S$408 at The Work Project, S$580 at Trehaus and S$750 at The Great Room. Dedicated desks start at S$338 per person at Regus, S$480 at Servcorp, S$750 at The Work Project, S$855 at The Executive Centre and S$880 at Trehaus. Ask whether the price is before GST and which contract length it assumes: Regus quotes on 24-month contracts, and The Executive Centre and WeWork on 12 months.

How much is a private office for a small team?

The Work Project's small office for 1 to 5 people starts at S$800 a month with 10 meeting room credits. WeWork lists S$770 a month for 1 seat at 9 Battery Road, S$1,330 for 2 seats at Beach Centre and S$1,740 for 3 seats at 60 Anson Road, before taxes and fees. Regus prices private offices from S$435 per person a month and Trehaus from S$540 per seat. The Workshop's private suites at Ang Mo Kio start at S$750 a month. Ask what the price covers for your headcount, since some operators quote per office and others per seat.

Can I use a coworking space as my registered business address?

Often, yes. Trehaus includes a registered business address in its Business Club membership, Workcentral sells one as an add-on, and Servcorp charges S$100 a month extra to use its address as your corporate address, subject to approval. Spaces includes a business address with office and dedicated desk plans, and The Workshop lets every workspace plan use its address. The Work Project includes one with its private offices and its S$85 virtual office, Regus has a business address plan from S$88 a month and The Executive Centre from S$99. Before you file with ACRA, get the operator to confirm in writing that the address can be used as your registered office.

Are meeting rooms included in a coworking membership?

Usually some time is included and extra hours are paid. Paperwork includes 2 to 4 hours a week in a 6-person room, Storefriendly 2 hours a month, and The Work Project 10 credits a month with its small private office. WeWork's monthly and dedicated desk memberships come with credits, and its 3- and 4-seat offices list 6 or 8. Workcentral hot desk members use rooms for 3 to 6 people on fair use. At Servcorp and Regus, rooms are paid as you go, with Regus from S$45 an hour. Ask how many hours the credits buy and whether unused credits roll over.

What is the minimum contract for a coworking space?

Many plans are month to month: The Work Project's desks, Workcentral and Servcorp all run monthly, and JustCo plans start from one month with a 2-month deposit. Regus and Spaces have no minimum term for coworking, though their listed prices assume 24-month contracts. The Executive Centre's rates assume 12 months and it asks for 1 to 2 months' notice. Paperwork charges less a month on terms over 6 months. If you sign a short term, ask for the monthly rate at that term, since the advertised figure is often the long-contract price.

Can I buy a coworking day pass in Singapore?

Yes. Workcentral's day pass is S$30, The Work Project's is S$60 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) and WeWork's runs from S$50 to S$70 depending on the building. Regus and Spaces charge S$82 for day coworking, and Servcorp's On Demand plan is S$75 a day after one free day a month.

What is the difference between a hot desk and a dedicated desk?

A hot desk is any free seat in the shared area; a dedicated desk is the same desk every day, usually with storage. At JustCo a dedicated desk adds a personal locker. At Servcorp, hot desks are open 8.30am to 5.30pm on weekdays, while dedicated desks get 24/7 access and a lockable cabinet. Expect to pay more for the fixed seat: S$408 against S$750 a month at The Work Project, and S$580 against S$880 at Trehaus.
